What goes up, because of good governance can easily come down. It wouldn’t take much for a liberal government to get back in power and undo all the good Harper has done.
True, but the Liberals seem to have moved beyond their previous addiction to deficits. They still trust in taxes, so I'm not going to write an apologia for them, but they weren't budget-busters the last time they were in charge.
