As per your tag line, I was too lazy to “look it up” so thanks for the reply. We don’t have anything like latkes here out West.They're delicious! It would be worth white to download a recipe (there are a bunch of them out there), or make friends with a Jewish family, and get invited over for dinner around Chanukah, which is the traditional time of year for them to be eaten.
