My daughter’s birthday is tomorrow - so in honor of that - and the fact it is National Ice Cream Month - we brought a peanut butter cup ice cream cake or dessert at church coffee hour today......as well as assorted roll ups, hummus with pita, spinach and feta phyllo triangles, and stufed grape leaves. For a 14 year old she has rather eclectic taste, as she chose the entire menu - mom just had to make it all!!!
