It is reported that all enforcement mechanisms for enforcing penalties were stripped from the law.

This morning over WHAS, Louisville, it was reported that the IRS can keep stacking up the penalties forever if someone doesn't pay, but they have no way to ever go after it : for these penalties, can't attach accounts, can't take your house, etc.

This is reported.

Do you have a link to something more substantial on the matter...not that I am questioning the veracity of your statement.

“”It is reported that all enforcement mechanisms for enforcing penalties were stripped from the law.””

I’ve been hearing and reading that also - no enforcement. I guess all the additional personnel hired at IRS will no longer be necessary. Wasn’t it something like 60,000 new employees at the IRS?

Who can keep anything straight after all the garbage this administration has thrown at us?

I also hear that all obozo’s spokespeople are out there this morning saying, “This is not a tax.” Good luck, folks.
Be careful what you wish for! Chief Justice Roberts did us a favor!!!!

Even the queen Nancy had this to say, “Call it what you will.”

Old “ARE YOU KIDDING ME? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?” Nancy!!!!
