That is not true. Vaccines are not made from nor do they contain fetal tissues. Some live/killed virus vaccines, The Hepatitis A vaccine, the MMR vaccine, and the chicken pox vaccine for example, are grown in human cells. True these cell lines came from aborted fetuses, specifically from two abortions over 30 years ago. But those two cells lines have been replicated ever since. No babies today are being aborted in order to harvest their cells to make vaccinations (grow the live virus) and the vaccinations do not chopped up babies.
