It’s the fault of the courts for awarding him that 3.8 million. He could have never afforded to drown in his own swimming pool with out it. Sorry Rodney, your lifestyle was your own worst enemy.

In that case, it's also partially the fault of his "fiancee" who was on the jury that awarded him $3.8 million. Sickening that this woman gets away with shacking up with this man and therefore benefitting from the money she helped reward to him through the courts. Sick sick sick.
