Seriously, though (no, really.) Opening an e-mail in a web browser oughta be always safe, as far as I know (such as Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail.) So you must be talking about e-mail attachments, no, or e-mail programs running on the machine that download the e-mails to the local box before opening them?

I got it from someone who I had no correspondence from in 7 or 8 years! They weren’t in my contacts but, obviously, I was STILL in their’s.

I just came from a Yahoo email wedsite and sure enough there were two postings with “hey” in them. I deleted them.

I get a few with "Hey, M_ _ _ _ _r F_ _ _ _ r. What's up?" in the subject. That's from my friends...you should see what people say who don't like me.
