I’ve never seen steel cased 7.62x25
I cant find it at all any more other than commercial stuff, but all the mil surplus I have ever seen was brass cased.

All my 1980s date of pack CzSSR & Polish surplus ammo is made out of green-lacquered steel, while my new Seller and Beloit and Jugo Privi Partizany is brass. I've heard there's some Bulgarian surplus "brass" Tok ammo out there, but I suspect it's copper-plated steel like that batch of "brass" 7.62x54 I was sold.
