During the last presidential campaign, in August, 2008, Bill Clinton was asked if he thought Obama was qualified to be president.
Clinton's rather odd, cryptic reply:
"The constitution sets qualification for the president. And then the people decide who they think would be the better president."
Bill Clinton made this reference to the Constitution shortly after America's latest fad, the "community organizer" from Chicago, popped up out of nowhere and stole his wife's destiny by winning, in rather sleazy fashion including the shameless playing of "the race card", the Democrat nomination for President.
It has been my opinion since that time that the Clintons know something, and that it was they who quite deliberately fanned the flames of controversy over Obama's birth. Remember, it was a prominent Hillary Clinton supporter, Philadelphia lawyer Philip Berg, who launched *the first* Obama eligibility lawsuit. That lawsuit was filed in August of 2008, shortly after Bill Clinton made the curious reference to the Constitution when asked if he thought Obama was qualified to be President. Coincidental timing? While they were romping up these stories on Bush firing the USA’s, Sharon Eubanks (SP?) with CREW made the comment the she had heard there were problems in the Civil Rights Division at the DoJ. The MSM then started framing the story “Did Bush fire the USA’s to cover up civil rights violations” meaning “was Bush covering up for police violating the civil rights of blacks”?
Let's go back to Clinton's firing of the USA’s in 1993.
Somewhere around 1988, B Clinton while gov of Ark, was sued by DoJ for ordering his state troopers to “Racial Profile”. In the settlement Clinton aggrieved to stop the racial profiling, he didn't.
In 1991 with the R King beating, Bush ordered a review of all complaints filed against police with the FBI for the previous 5 years. Those complaints go through the Civil Rights Division at DoJ. There were 15,000 complaints filed and only around 42 were pursued in court.
One of those pursued was against B Clinton for ordering racial profiling. Hillary has been on a vendetta ever since to truy and pin Racial Profiling on repubs.
The dems used the fact that out of 15,000 complaints filed and only about 42 were pursued in court, to make the claim that this proved that repubs were racist and were covering up for police violating blacks civil rights. Leading into the 92 election, the dems demanded Bush release the content of the FBI files. Bush never released the content of the files because Perot was in the 92 election. Bush could have wiped out Clinton by releasing the files, but Perot would more than likely ended up president. Bush never released the files.
When Reno was nominated for AG she said the first thing she would do was release the content of the FBI files under review by the USA’s, she didn't, she fired the USA’s instead.
