You may discover that for some time your color vision has had a distinct yellowish cast. I thought my white painted walls had yellowed. You may want to get a good pair of sunglasses--the light may be dazzling after surgery, as I found.

I had the focusable Crystal Lens implants. I can read labels in the grocery store and pass my drivers license vision test without glasses now. I don't need glasses at all, ever, for computer use; I have an over-corrected prescription for driving to read signs at a distance; I use reading glasses for extended periods of reading.

I experienced the exact same phenomena as you. I did not realize it until after the surgery but everything had a yellow cast.

After the cataract surgery everything was so bright and white, and also clear.
