The TSA is now handling such rentals directly - but you’ll need a permission slip from your local Representative. :)
You’ll also need $50,000,000 of combined general liability insurance, twice that in single occurrence umbrella liability, a waiver of subrogation in favor of the lessor, a CDL, be over 80 and accompanied by your parents.
