A+ for you. We went to the shelter today to see a collie someone had found out on the Natchez Trace. He’s a sweet boy, relatively young but I don’t have any history on him. He has a very noisy toy poodle neighbor. He is a leaner, like our collies so I liked him right away. I brought my youngest out to meet him and asked the spouse to check him out too and everyone seems to like him, except the son who doesn’t want another dog. It’s not for him to decide anyway. He’s more of a cat person.

Thank you!

I hope you give the lucky collie a home-he sounds like a sweetie.

I have one dog and 4 cats, but don’t see myself as really partial-I love both dogs and cats. But I do like having only one dog, because I like the high-energy, large, protective ones, and they need a lot of attention to keep them civil. Having cats and a dog that like each other is a must, though because I don’t want a cat to get eaten.
