Total Bullshit!

Apple is responsible to its shareholders and did a damned fine job for them. It is not Apple’s fault that these companies could not compete.

How did they get incorporated? Did they file papers in Shareholder land? Where was their incorporation recorded? In Shareholder land? I'm just curious to know how the shareholders got sovereign.
