They are very good and eaten all over Southeast Asia. Steamed with butter to dip them in is excellent. A couple of curry dishes are the ticket if you like hot. They seem to catch all different varieties of shrimp as well as “farmed” shrimp. Fish sauce is made from fermented shrimp but I don’t know the size.
