That's a good point. Where the hell did an LEO get 45 rounds of ammunition?

Three 15 round magazines. One in the weapon, two on the belt. That is a fairly standard ammo load out. The problem is the time gap between round 45 and round 46 tends to get a bit long. Largely because it involves a run back to the station.

I suppose you are both right. I thought high capacity magazines were illegal (sarcasm). I keep 4 full clips of .45 for my XD in the house but never travel with anything but the "compact" clip (13 rds).

I'll bet he gets some ribbing from his fellow boys in blue about using all his ammo and having to start throwing rocks at the perp.
