IMHO, the YouTube clip is doctored to minimize the "....Obama support...." vocalization.

Further, the clip itself misleads a viewer into believing subliminal messaging is legal. It is illegal according to Federal Communications Commission regulations established in 1974.

The clip wrongly references the Federal TRADE Commission.

The clip creator should have known there are two ( 2 ) federal agencies responsible for directly overseeing the electronic medium ( television ) and election campaign finance auditing ( elections ).

The appropriate and negligent agencies failing to protect American Citizen voters are :

  • the Federal Communications Commission, and
  • the Federal Election Commission.

The questions demanding answers from AND action by the Federal Communications Commission include :

  • How widespread is deceptive/subliminal messaging advertising on all American television frequencies ?
  • Is an ad clip containing deceptive/subliminal messaging advertising prima facie evidence of a violation of agency regulations ?? and
  • Which FCC regulation(s) prohibit deceptive/subliminal messaging advertising ???
  • What are the names of companies previously fined for employing deceptive/subliminal messaging in their product advertising ???
  • What are the names of companies now employing political subliminal messaging in their product advertising ???

The questions demanding answers AND action from the Federal Election Commission :

  • If deceptive political advertising is approved by a business entity, and a television entity is paid to provide time for the showing of the same deceptive political advertising, and said deceptive political advertising is not reported by that business entity to the Federal Election Commission as either a political ‘contribution’ and/or ‘donation’ to a candidate, is the business entity fined for each showing of that deceptive political advertising - when the deceptive political advertising distribution intentionally extends to multiple television entities ?
  • What regulation(s) speak to the control of deceptive/subliminal messaging advertising ??
  • If a candidate fails to acknowledge and/or fails to report the nature of a deceptive political advertisement as political contribution, what is the punishment and/or fine ???????

How do I copy the audio to a file which may then post here ?

Got any ideas about how this can get radio talk time ?
