He said something about turning 50 (?) which would peg his birth a couple years earlier than 1961.

MHGinTN, you raise an interesting point... it shows that there is NOTHING believable on that birth certificate 0 put out.
We have no way of knowing if his dad was a British subject, or if his mom was too young to convey citizenship, and where he was really born.
What month in 1961was that, mid-august? Since the semester would start later that month or early Sept? I forgot the timeline.
