The answer is painfully obvious to anyone with half a brain. Generally, education is what determines the degree of wealth and net worth. Blacks and Hispanics have the highest school dropout rates along with the highest out of wedlock birthrates. Single parent households and lack of education are the pathologies for failure in our society. Simple as that.
Asians and non-Hispanic whites do better materially than blacks and Hispanics because they are better educated.
