That is going to be so great...
As the host of the event says loudly "Americans! Let's welcome PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA!"...
Then we hear bark bark bark bark from people in the audience.
hehehehehe
Now that’s a bumper sticker I’d buy several copies of.
But this is exactly the kind of thing that swings voters.
As I said in another thread Obama’s new book will be called “To Serve Dog.”
Oh God! It’s a cookbook!
Who knows—maybe in the long run, it will prevent the wonton killing of dogs for mere casseroles and soups.
:::::snicker:::::
actually, my SO was a diplomat’s daughter in the 60’s tasked with Franco watch. They used to stop by a restaurant on the way to and from a vacation spot for lamb chops. Yea, learned later those meals were not lamb.
The one positive thing about this ... the Obama - Axelrod machine can no longer used the dog issue as a campaign tool.
From Sen. Obamas Floor Speech, March 20, 2006:
The fact that we are here today to debate raising Americas debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government cant pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Governments reckless fiscal policies. Increasing Americas debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that the buck stops here. Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.
They can have a good time with his beagles and cheese (credit to a brilliant tweet by someone.) I can laugh with them.
I want to hear everyday the two excerpts from Senator Obama’s floor speech in 2006. I hope the opposition uses it often and loudly!
I can see it now. Axelrod will say that his dog ate his hoemwork so turnabout is “Fair Play”.
when i lived next door to the obama’s in chicago, my dog disappeared and they allowed me to post pictures on their fence...
a few days later, they found his collar covered in blood and were very sympathetic to my loss.
it wasn’t until a few days after that, that what i thought was blood, was actually BBQ sauce.
i miss that pooch.
Agree with those sentiments. It is actually crucial that Obama become “mockable.” If the mockery can be done in a light-hearted way that touches on deep issues, that’s a major plus. The “dog-issue” allows people to mock his essential foreignness, while avoiding the cry of “racist!”
True Americans LOVE humor! Time for everyone to lighten up!
That's soooooooo bad, null.
:)
Obama est delenda!
Make a laughingstock out of the SOB. Anger will be met with cries of "Racism". FACTS will be met with cries of "Racism".
Laughing at the dog-eater will take him down. Ridicule is a weapon, too.
First one that does it will be in the slammer faster than you can say “Ted Nugent for President”.....
Make this dog dining part of the hero’s legend and he’s history in November!
Really? That surprises me....honestly, it sounds like something the left would do, and anything they do would never sway me as a voter.
However, I concede that you are trying to sway some democrat and independent voters, so if it works, go for it. Whatever needs to be done to save your country, as the rest of us need America back on her feet!
OUr dog barks every time my husband says the word “Obama”...in fact, my husband called BIll Bennet a couple of weeks ago (before all the dog stuff came out on Obama) and he had our dog Achilles do what he always does when he hears Obama’s name...bark like crazy. Bill thought it was so funny, that he had my husband have Achilles do his thing off air so that Bill’s crew could get a sound bite of our dog barking.
Haven’t heard Bill Bennett lately, but wonder if he is going to play the clip because of all this...has anyone heard?
