A UFO, not behaving like a meteor, streaked across the skies of Arizona, causing many to call police. And for a local news team to head out of the studio to investigate. What was it?
In a sign that mainstream media is beginning to pay serious attention to the unidentified flying object phenomenon, local Arizona TV news affiliate ABC15 did a two-minute news segment on the fireball which was reportedly streaking across the sky as the newscast aired live.
Witness photographs and videos were shown on-screen, and this one, showing an irregular flight path of the object, was broadcast. The news team speculated over what the object could be, even calling it a UFO at one point. A camera crew was sent out to the field to catch video of the object and they were successful.

I’ll help you out. 74 was you yet again defying Jim’s direct request to you to NOT post UFO stuff on FR, as I repeated in post 85. I am not sure why you feel driven to continually flaunt the request of the owner of this website to cease and desist doing such.

I'm puzzled that you have such a hard time with a metaphor illustrating the difficulty of entrenched ideas changing. No where did I say or hint I WISHED any such on ANYONE.
I’m somewhat confused as to why FReeper Quix is being castigated, as this entire thread was actually started by FReeper Carriage_Hill.
Is it my understanding that Quix is not permitted to even comment on threads dealing with the topic of UFO’s?
It seems to me that at 90+ posts later, if this thread was as objectionable due to topic as it is being portrayed, it should have been pulled immediately.
As for my Brother Quix, he is one of the kindest and most gracious FReepers I have had the pleasure of knowing, he has never specifically or by innuendo suggested, called for, or even hinted at any sort of hostile act to be directed at any living soul. He is a considerate, prayful Christian in every way, and he is my FRiend.
Ditto that. I think I understand JimRob's concern, but I hope that he kindly continues to tolerates Quix, as he tolerates so many of the rest of us quirky FReepers! Quix lends just an extra dimension to FReeping that makes it even more enjoyable than it already is, and he also offers what to me is a sometimes welcome break from the general topics. And if Quix is anything, he's a true blue conservative.
I apologize for putting this in the wrong category, Mr Admin Moderator. It won’t happen again, based upon Mr Quix’ advice to put it in Chat. I’m learning with others’ help. Is there a FR page which explains these established protocols, which I can refer to? I’d appreciate be notified so that I can read it, and don’t cause these problems again for you.

It’s not your fault. Quix knows full well what Jim has asked him not to do (see post 85), but he refuses to follow such, he continues to post links to UFO conspiracy sites.
UFOs are not off-topic - as you can see, this thread has remained up. Quix’s spamming endless conspiracy theories into FR about such is what is restricted by Jim.

I thoroughly LOVE the posts from Quix & his links. I would certainly hope their is no prohibitions unless the aliens in question are campaigning fiercely for Mitt.
