One of Olive’s favorite words.
Some kinds of violence and racism are blithely glozed over by the media.
No youtubing at work, but it must be hard to lampoon Biden.
They still play that drunk Yinzer lady at the St. Paddys day parade slobbering all over Biden as a promo on the newstalk station here.
it is hilarious, but mostly because it all sounds so believable coming from him. I can see him saying all of it and in a dead serious tone.
For many things I would oppose,
Out politicians substantially gloze,
Though everyone may know it,
I’m merely a poet,
And I don’t delve too far into prose.
Wasn’t that the hell-hound from “Ghostbusters” — Glozer the Glozerian?
wouldn’t this have all been much more simple had everyone kept their original equipment??? i mean, all the appending and excizing in order to couple could have been foregone to accomplish the same end. think of the $$$avings.
do we believe that he didn’t realize he was on air at the time? i have seen tweets from him this AM full of mea culpas.
Holy moley, I hadn’t seen that yet. Seamus Johnston. More like Shameless Johnson.
Beckel was saying the other day how all his drug use had blown out his “filter” on appropriate words.
The problem is when this sort of language is used regularly and part of someone’s normal vocabulary, is that it pops out often. It is not so much a surprise but an indicator of how often it is used.
Sorry, but Weber should have gotten suspended.
I don’t buy that. I use the word and it’s never popped out inappropriately. xshub uses it a heck of a lot more than i ever have and he’s never had it happen either. I’m also not sure what sort of effect drugs have on word filtering. I think he’s just haphazard and doesn’t care. reckless behavior without regard to consequences seems to be his pattern and he’s walking a line with Fox and knows it.
that was the consensus at my house.
