I’m still looking for a good one (IWB). I bet a holster for the M&P Shield would work. I’ll have to check into that.
I have an inside the pocket holster which conceals pretty well, but don’t really care for it too much.
That might be the way to go.
Anyway, thanks for posting this thread tonight and have a good week!!!
I gotta hit the rack.
I need to get some shut-eye myself.
My Mexicano neighbor’s were having a birthday party yesterday. Went on half the night. sheesh!
Sorry folks I was on the line with family
BHTM
No problem. Hope everything is okay.
Pretty good show from the NRA convention. No callers today so mostly just one big commercial. I was surprised there was not more political talk. I was expecting Tom to say something about the NRA hit piece on Remington.

Have a good week.
Tom tends to hit these type of things, but not always
As a little kid, I got to see a couple of concerts at Red Rocks.
No rock and roll though. I bet the acoustics are pretty impressive.
Todd Park Morh and the monsters tear it up
oops - that was the NBC hit piece on Remington
My question to knowledgeable FReepers on gun thread is... Re: the Kel-tec PF-9. If one forgot that there was one in the chamber and cock the slide again. What would happen to the round already in there? Would the round in the chamber fly out? Would the magazine jam? Thanks.
The round in the chamber will eject when you pull the slide back.
(& no reason it should jam)
If you’re not familiar with firearms, it’s not a bad idea to buy some training ammo or snap caps so you can practice loading and unloading your weapon. “Snap caps” can also (possibly) save some wear-and-tear on your gun when you practice dry firing.
Also good for practicing malfunction drills at the range.

OK. Thankyou sf. Re; Kel-tec PF-9 / I also read that there are reported issues with the magazine spring and catch which may cause the magazine to become unseated.
I don’t own one so can’t really tell you a lot.
Check out the Kel-Tec forum and I’m sure you’ll learn more than you’d ever want to know.

Had a Kahr P9. Wanted so much to like it. Nice and slim. But, it was unreliable, FTE primarily. Left the spent case laying on top of the fresh round about once every mag or two.
Polished, lubed, nothing worked. Dumped it.
Got an M&P 40c. Like it though thicker than the Kahr.
The new M&P sounds like the way to go.
