I use grapefruit seed extract which I only purchase one product that imo is the best there is. It can be used for anything. I use it to heal wounds, it is also a disenfectant on surfaces. Great to put in a water pik for cleaning teeth and gums. I even use it on my face. It is very potent so only a few drops is needed in water. One bottle last forever.

I’d meant to tear out that big fuzzy weed out back but thanks to FR I now know it’s mullien and will let it grow.
next year, when it flowers, I’ll try the tea.
