Weird. Derbyshire was the most RINO establishment type at NRO, but you take is side over actual conservatives. Derbyshire seemed smart enough, but he wasn't a fiscal or social conservative. He played nice with Christians, even though he thinks Christians are as unintelligent as he apparently believes blacks are.
