My Devils just won. :)
I’m actually a hard-core Lightning fan but Jersey’s my second favorite.
If the Devils don’t advance I’d like to see the Rangers go all the way. I’m a big Tortorella fan and he has a soft spot in my heart.
I hugged him and he hugged back. It was the greatest night on my life!
Love it!
One is a Rangers-signed puck, the others are Lightning-signed. My Stamkos-signed puck is my prized possession.
I have signed jerseys,a signed fiberglass/composite stick and a pennant, along with photos players will sign if you don't have anything with you.
I had my picture taken with John Tortorella and he signed that, too. Plus I have one with Guy Boucher.
I'm running out of room for all my stuff! Hockey rules!
Do any of the Broad Street Bully fans here remember Bobby “the Chief” Taylor?
I met him a while back and he signed my Lightning puck. He’s a nice guy.
Wrong sport,LOL!
Have you ever met any of the players?
Have you ever met Phil Esposito? He signed a practice puck for me.
Interesting guy.
Yeah that jumped out at me too. The flyers are playing with structure and discipline. The Pens aren’t.
The Pens developed a lot of bad habits recently. They need their minds adjusted but with Bylsma as coach I’m not confident it’ll happen.
Yeah, just annoyed at this canuck team. *sigh*.
Sorry to say, it wan't good.
But look out in Philly next week. This could be fun if ther pens get it together.
As one of the origional Pens fans, I am still in there believing.
When I lived in the Burgh, I was the first Pens official scorer. I took over from the Hornets.
Of course you all remember the Pittsburgh Hornets, don't you?
I didn’t move into the area until after the Hornets. I didn’t attend games until I was attracted by a guy on the Bruins they were hyping at the time, Bobby Orr (1970). He was worth the price of admission so I started going to more games. Fun times running around the Civic Arena.
I don’t think the odds are in favor of the Pens pulling it together. I don’t think they have the right personnel to do it and Crosby being marginalized just magnifies that. Hope I’m wrong. My poor family has born the brunt of my unhappiness over the Pens in the last month.
That said, Let’s Go Pens, prove me wrong! And Let’s go my secondary teams, Coyotes & Bruins!
Met a few players over the years, became decent friend of our TV play by play guy and coach at the time (Peter Lavoilette) when our sons all played on the same little league game. They won the Cup the next season, so that was cool.
And cool to see Laavy and his Flyers off to that amazing start against the Pens.
I better see some bodies in front of Flower, blocking shots, or I am gonna be extremely agitated!
Strangest Pens hockey I have ever seen.
I wonder if Bylsma will put BJ in.
Fleury looks shell shocked.
How about a defenseman lays down and blocks a shot with his body!??!
As a Penguins fan, I am embarrassed and dismayed. Grow the f#@k up and play hockey!
