Life is good. I spent most of the afternoon lying in bed, reading a book, watching Kathleen sleep, and listening to the tinkling of ukuleles from downstairs, where Pat was watching Jake Shimabukuru videos.
Now it’s time for Ash’s supper. Bill will be home soon; his shift ended at 5:00. He’s going out with his “band” tonight, so he called from the pool and asked me to do his laundry. Now he owes me a HUGH favor. I think I’ll make him take Sally and Pat to the movies tomorrow afternoon. They want to see “Brave.”
