I have seen this with my dad, hospitals while necessary are a lousy place to be when you feel bad.

Thomas, I was blessed with an excellent nurse, and though he had four other patients in ER (one in diabetic coma) he continued to monitor me very closely. The telemetry did the hard stuff, and I read to relax me.

By the time I was released, I felt as if I had been well and truly cared for.
