The woman, the detective reported, replied that the pair could go have sexual intercourse if I bought her two double cheese burgers off the dollar menu at McDonalds. The cop added, I agreed to the deal and purchased the hamburgers for $2.75.

Weird ... I just got a text message in Spanish from an unknown sender. Anyone I ordinarily call in Spanish would have been identified on my phone.
Scary!
We can say we knew Pat when!
Don’t be concerned. Everyone in the universe is taller than I am.
My mother and one sister were 5’2”, one sister was 5’3”, one sister was 5’4”, all of my brothers were 5’10”- 5’11”. My son is 6’4”, my daughter is 5’1”, my dad was 5’8” and I was, at one time, 5’10”. Then I had spinal surgery so I’m only 5’9” now.
I was the only person in the house who could reach the stuff on the top shelves! LOL!
Oh, wow. My best bench (flat) was 115#. My best decline was 135#. My best 10K was 56 min. I had no idea that I had mitral valve prolapse and asthma. It’s a good thing I didn’t. I probably would have given up instead of trying as hard as I did. Of course, it is a great comfort in my later years that I should not have done as well as I did. Go figure....
I’ve lived with asthma since I was 12, and with angina since I was 26. I knew it, but stayed active.
Even now, when I think I feel good, I have a tendency to over-do things...like the last three days...unghhh
I still think we would have made a great team back in the day or whenever....
Of course! The fun thing is that the guys were scared of me since the First Grade! LOL!
Walp. I’m off to see the Blanket Show. I just suddenly ran out of gas. :o[

Was that an expression of enthusiasm?
Oh, shoot! I forgot. Maybe tomorrow.
No.
Nor was it meant to indicate a lack of enthusiasm.
I had an entirely different purpose for my message.
Isn’t nature wonderful?
Life itself. *sigh*
“Shirley Jones?”
Possibly, but it still doesn’t seem right. I know I have the program some where....
I posted some garden pictures on my home page.

We might have lettuce soon. :-)
I hope everyone is well!
Nice pictures! Does the parrot keep some kind of pest away?
In the Cracks and Crevices
In the cracks and crevices,
That's where true nature hides.
In darkened corners folded twice,
And covered up, besides.
Cleanliness, we've all been told,
Is Godly in its way,
So unclean places tend to be,
Filled up with nature's clay.
The broken molds of broken things,
Left still to mold away,
'Til nothing's left of what it was,
Or anyone to say.
The cracks and crevices are there,
For crumbs of life to play,
And in their sodden misery,
To quietly decay.
Until the spiderwebs and dust,
Have corners of their own,
To now fill up with useless things,
Like seeds the wind has blown.
And in that quiet corner,
With Nature's silent shout,
Some germinations have occurred,
And flowers blossomed out!
