I don’t feel a day over 90, either!
Most of the family was out last night, so I had a sitaround with Anoreth and the pets. I rocked Kathleen, Anoreth gazed at us benignly, and Ash rolled on her back. Exciting times around the Tax-chick household ;-).
This morning we bought clothes for several people at Target, and crickets and cat food. I still need to go to J.C. Penney for a pair of pants to wear to Florida. Later we’ll go to the library.
It might rain again later, but we hope it won’t because the swim team is supposed to practice.

The only habgovers I’ve ever had were from drinking colored drinks (whiskey, dark rum, red wine, etc.) and since I learned the source of the problem, I drink only clear alcohols... thanks for the champagne!

I’m washing the mattress cover today - there have been soggy baby head-sweat puddles, plus milk dribbles, and Jake told me it was smelling a little unpleasant!
LOL ... now that was good! Laughed so hard, can’t think of a fitting retort.
That was more years ago than I care to admit, that 29-thingy. But life is good!

My garden seems happier since I started using Diana’s mix.
Flowers are big on the menu for me this year.
I planted red pansies, white assylum, and some white nemesis this weekend. It smells beautiful, and ya’ll should have seen the bees and butterflys!
I would have hated myself enough for both of us!

We’re having heavy rain this week. It missed us tonight - they even got through two hours of swim-team practice with no thunder that anyone would admit to hearing - but we expect more rain tonight and tomorrow.
I haven’t been out back for a couple of days to see how things are growing, but it looks like the additional sunflower seeds I planted in the front didn’t come up. I have more!
The rain is really good for anything started from seed. Sometimes I’ll plant them a little deeper than the instructions say, just so they don’t dry out, or get washed out. Occasionally it works, and once those plants start growing, they amaze me with their industriousness! (sp)
