I'm so tired of this back and forth. The media has convicted this guy in the court of public opinion. I hope when he's exonerated that he sues the pants off of the likes of Sharpton, et al.

I do not have enough information to make an opinion. This is up to the police and courts to decide not the media.

I don’t think anyone should participate in a poll about whether to arrest someone. It’s not a matter for public opinion. How about a poll about whether the public should wait until the investigation is over and the facts are known before forming opinions about guilt?

Gee, why have a grand jury, lets decide by poll. And then, if the poll says he should be arrested we will just do another poll on whether or not he is guilty.

Yay for justice!

USSC case Frank vs Magnum (1915) or does our “living constitution” now permit lynching by public opinion. Oh well, the street mob ended up hanging Leo Frank as well.

I said no, just because I’m sick of leftist demagoguery and manipulation of tragedies to rouse their hate mongers. Even if George Zimmerman turns out to be guilty, he could never receive a fair trial.

The way the media, race hustlers and the mobs have treated George Zimmerman makes the very word 'justice' a joke, in this situation. Zimmerman couldn't get a fair hearing, much less, a fair trial, anywhere in America. His life has been effectely destroyed. Even if totally exonerated, he'll have to move far away from Florida, change his name and his appearance - and spend the rest of his life looking over his shoulder worrying that some crazy may be stalking him.

This is what the civil rights leaders fought for? Mobs in the street chanting for a man's blood with flimsy evidence to support their wild accusations? Publicity-seeking politicians and race pimps like Sharpton capitalizing on this tragedy for personal aggrandizement? A totally corrupt media fanning the flames of resentment and, in effect, trying and convicting Zimmerman on TV via 'pundits', former cops and various attorneys, many of dubious integrity? This is what it comes to? Talk about tragic. Of course, when President Barack Obama chimed in, that gave the lefties, the race hustlers and the mobs a green light that Zimmerman was now 'fair game'.

Zimmerman can't win. He'll be hounded for life if he's not found culpable under Florida law but a trial would be little more than a joke and a circus with Zimmerman's conviction just a formality, then prison and almost certain death at the hands of hate-filled, self-righteous thugs with a grudge against society.

Like many, I find it fascinating that the leftmedia constantly refers to Zimmerman as 'white-Hispanic'. This designation is intended to keep the white-against-black template intact, even though, in any other context, the leftmedia would very likely label George Zimmerman as 'Hispanic' - and he would be the victim.

George Zimmerman’s dad is Jewish; his mother is Hispanic. Where is the outcry from the Jewish and Hispanic communities for Due Process?

If there is enough evidence to warrant it, yes.

If there is, LET THE TRIAL BEGIN.

We’re tired of the leftist, race baiters in the media.
