But within days the teachers were returned to their positions so Salinas and other parents took their children out of the school in protest. Just awful...I hope the parents get a good lawyer and sue the socks off both the teachers and the school system.

This is what happenes when we closed the hospitals out of compassion. We have incompitent union hacks treating kids with severe medical conditions, when these kids need highly trained medical personell to work with them. The other issue is kids with minor, yet disabling medical problems are lumped in with those who can't function at all in society and never get the real challenging education and care they need.

I’d be fine with you using a server to beat them.

“The teachers accused, Drew Faircloth and Alicia Brown, have been put on administrative leave from Wicksburg High School, Alabama, where Jose is in the fourth grade.”
High school and fourth grade? I’m a bit confused by this.

Isn’t Alabama a right-to-work state? If so, then I don’t think a teacher’s union is the problem. The head of the school district must be protecting the 2 POS teachers.

I am sure the Teacher Union will rally to their defense.
Can you imagine an adult doing such a thing?

Oops ... severe, even though using a server to do it would be just fine. LOL! Especially large rack-mount servers dropped from a tall building. :=)

I know I wouldn’t.
I don’t know if I’d have the internal skills to deal with somebody so severly disabled, on a daily basis for 8 hours a day, but I know laughing at them is something I wouldn’t do.

Ah... the ancient rack in the corner with the 4U single CPU servers loaded with MS. No-one will miss it.
Or the plonkers that made fun of the kid.
They do need to feel some shame and some pain.
When ostensible adults (in age only) do this, it's because they haven't grown up. Or are just too mean to live.

AL is a one party state...and there must be an expectation of privacy.
Don’t think there can be a lawsuit.
