Romney instituted homosexual marriage all by himself? Or did the MA house and senate have something to do with it? Did the MA Supreme Court rule it unconstitutional?

Which guns are you talking about? Did he do it by EO?

Just wondering....

The court told the legislature they should change the marriage law to include “gay” “marriage.” While admitting that they had no power to do so.

The legislature, even as liberal as it is, rightfully ignored the court.

And then, on his own authority, Mitt Romney instituted it. He changed the marriage licenses and then threatened the justices of the peace with firing if they didn’t submit to his will.

No. He signed the bill.

Romney signs off on permanent assault weapons ban

"Deadly assault weapons have no place in Massachusetts," Romney said..."These guns are not made for recreation or self-defense. They are instruments of destruction with the sole purpose of hunting down and killing people."

Unconstitutional enough for you?

"A well regulated Militia, being NECESSARY to the security of a free State, the RIGHT of the people to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT be infringed."
