It appears the Certificate of American Citizenship recorded by the U.S. Consular officer with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) may ultimately support the birth of Barack Hussein Obama in Kenya to a single U.S. parent in or about August 1961. So, it appears quite possible for the teenage future anthropologist to give birth in Kenya and fly home with the baby.

Okay, I just looked at the "natural born citizen" articles, and I see the one to which you are referring. If this holds up, this is a very interesting and exciting development. It would thrill me to death if I am wrong about this, and Obama really was born in Kenya!

I am afraid to get my hopes up though. Too many times have I heard of some wonderful piece of evidence that later turned out to be misleading or fake, but if it turns out this is legit, I may well be kissing your feet (and Yosemitest too) and begging your forgiveness for every having doubted this theory.

Again, I would be THRILLED to be wrong about this. Birth in Kenya is so simple a violation of the "natural born citizen" rule, even the public can understand it.

When you look at the July 1, 1961 to June 30, 1962 (including August 4th, 1961). There were only 21 people who came from Kenya by sea or air. Of those fourteen were aliens and 7 were citizens. Of those only one alien traveled by air and no citizens traveled by air.
