It would be a great souvenir if he’s implicated.
He may have been fixing Mitch McConnell’s records around the same time.
McConnell deflected letters about the original BC issues with the usual BS CRS report material. But it appears Mr. McConnell has some skeletons related to the war and his lack of serving.
And Flahavan covered for him.
