“38 environmental programs right here in Texas.” Okay-now I know what to ask my state rep to lobby against first when the budget comes up-and I’m a pretty green sort of person, as long as it is privately funded...
We have a co-op out here, and for the last 6 years or so, you can sign up to get most of your electricity from wind power-the coop gets over 27% of energy from windpower, and it increases every year. I signed up for it the first year, and it does save money per kilowatt hr. in summer. But those wind farms it comes from are in West Texas-I would not sign up if it was in any other state. We don’t have so many NIMBYs in the west Texas desert, like Cali does-windpower works better without them...
a monthly hosing? RME
A+++
What a party we will be having when we see them leave our White House.
“idiots who do it thinking they are buying something”
That is really a special kind of stupid-don’t they even get a T-shirt?
Thank you!
You just know they’ll pocket a bunch of stuff when they leave-I’ll bet they will make Hillary look honest and restrained...
The University of Dallas, xsteen’s alma mater, just sent me an email soliciting funds for their project called Crucifixes for the Classroom. They have one in some but not in all classrooms and so what a great idea to solicit funds, it totally sucked me in. Georgetown probably solicits funds to keep them OUT.
Love the “don’t even get a t-shirt” comment T5~ Yes Ti, a monthly hosing is exactly right
Oh I hate that commercial~ lol
Neo is creeped out by it which is why i wanted to blip it to him. xsgirls think it’s hilarious, and word is my xsnephew does a great imitation of it.
That commercial is uber creepy. Xs knows I hate it.
I just checked the App Store. I didn’t see a “BlipIt” app.
maybe it’s blip.me talkie? that’s what the icon says
blip.me walkie talkie+
I agree - creepy! lol
That is definately worth contributing to-I hope they get enough funds to put 2 in each classroom.
I don’t see why Georgetown doesn’t doesn’t expel that Fluke woman-it is a private university, not a public one, and scholarship or no, involving a private university in that kind of controversy should be verboten. I would thyink that the aqdministration would find a way to be rid iof her for subjecting them to public harrassment.
Can you use it to blip people off in traffic?
“Feelgood” is a perfect term-I’ll bet they wouldn’t be so quick to contribute if it meant some wind turbines or solar panels within 10 miles of their neighborhoods...
No, no-that is what the middle finger is for-don’t spoil it!
I’ve seen those FIELDS of windmills in West Texas- generating more income for the land owners than oil wells on their property!
