Actually, I blame their owners. A lot of people with dogs are really inconsiderate about their damned animals barking. They must think people around them ENJOY the “sweet music” coming from their pwecious neglected mutts’ throats.

Ask me about my neighbors (10 FEET FROM OUR HOUSE & DECK) and their little Papillons. I used to respect Paps. Now I grit my teeth.
(BTW, my German Shepherd does not bark just for the heck of it, or because she knows her little friends are somewhere in that house over there....)
