We have a neighbor who has a 90 lb Pit Bull mix and it is allergic to grass, tree, and every other pollen. They have a 90 lb lap dog that has to stay inside 24/7 and is driving them crazy. I see her almost every day on our walks.

Poor family, I include the dog, as he’s part of the family. I’ll bet it’s miserable most of the time outside. Is there nothing the vet can do to help the poor thing?
