The fact remains that homosexuality is a severe dysfunction of the reproductive system that prevents its healthy functioning.

It is similar to congenital absence of the uterus or vagina, aspermatogenesis, polycystic ovaries, or any other abnormality of the reproductive system that interferes with reproduction.
While I don't know what causes inclinations, actions are always a choice. Just as I can choose to not cheat on my longtime girlfriend by sleeping with the pretty redhead I met at the bar, a gay guy can choose not to be an effeminate catty fairy or blank another guy's blank. Those are choices with individuals make. Calling it a disease is a copout.
