The ladies who utilize that many condoms on a daily basis are generally "working girls" (11 per day BTW).
She was too coy by half ~ if you are going to talk about the condom needs of 40% of the women in Georgetown Law, and that need is 11 per day, well, gee whiz, HOLY SMOKE Cap'n, what have we here.
Your belief that she was talking about just BC pills is belied by the fact that you can actually get them for free under a federal program ~ just go to the free clinic near campus, or buy them for $9 a month at Wal-Mart, Target, and even that local CVS.
The Numbers just don't climb to $3,000 when you are speaking of BC pills.
I'm sorry, the excuse that she was talking about BC pills is just nonsense. This was about condoms on a grand, even outrageous, scale!
but but but, didn't you read Rush's explaination? /sarc
You can say that all you want but why was the woman going to the pharmacy counter to buy her condoms? They aren’t by prescription. I think she was lying about the cost of birth control pills to make this seem like an issue. If you come before Congress and tell that Georgetown University law students can’t afford $4 a month at Walmart, you aren’t going to get far.
