Gee, who would have thought that the sun is the major force driving the earth's temperature and that the sun's output varies from time to time. You would think that the science on this would have been settled long ago. To believe that infinitesimal increases in CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere can cause general climate warming while the variations in solar output are ignored or thought to have no effect is just plain asinine. I hope in the near future Al Gore is exposed as the greatest charlatan in history.

The problem is easily solved. Just label the authors “deniers”, intimate that they got their funding from oil companies, and punish the journal that published the article.
Then, in the next IPCC report, totally ignore this paper.

Who but a raving lunatic or absolute fool can not see that the sun controls our climate, I mean really, think about what we learned from grade school on.

The Earth has a built in equilibrium which has allowed life here to flourish, its called the greenhouse effect, and it is of course an equilibrium. It is what allows earth and its climate to endure the swings in solar out put.
