If he can move his arms he can start exercizing, he needs to eat the very minimum number of calories and it’ll take a long time but he has to start somewhere.

Geez, he's been fighting weight problems since he was four. The guy is calling out for help - and sounds desperate. It's easy for people to pile on when others are struggling. A lot of his problem probably has to do with genetics - and there but for the grace of God...
