I don’t know what it means....they are going through various analyses to disprove claims of why there were anomilies in the BC.
They are claiming the document was “built” by someone.
The register and date stamp can be picked up and moved. Indicated the green safety paper was the last to be applied.
Even so, if this is proven a false document...then what and whose going to take it on further? I just don’t see this going further at this stage of the game...unless they can somehow use this to stop all the stuff Obamas put thru in his administration.
Attempts to optimize the BC should have resulted in more than 9 layers. When they tried to optimize the document it ended up with 45 layers.
The date and register stamp are linked and appear to have been imported from outside sources....if these are fraudulent, the whole document is fraudulent.
