claims were that OCR(Optical Character Recognition) software was applied to obama’s bc before being released by WhiteHouse. Film shows a document that has had OCR appliedm and the tests it passes to show that. did the same to obama’s BC, it does not pass the test that OCR software was applied.
What does that mean, I do not get it..so is it real or not
