Sorry to be absent so much but like jaycee I am still battling health issues. Seems no sooner I get one half way fixed another pops up, or their dratted diets conflicting for cholesterol and low sodium screw up my Hypothyroid.
Hope it goes well with you jaycee. I get my MRI’s on Thursday, then back to the neurosurgeon on the 26th. He is going from the T’s down thru the Lumbar’s.
Like you the pain is so bad the lore tabs do NOT work, neither did PT, which made it worse, nor the nerve blocks which did the same. Had 4 of them only 1 of the cervical ones worked for 3 months. Only thing that does is a heating pad. BUT that ties you to home. So I buy those super size Hot Hands in the sporting depart of Walmart and stuff them in a well padded set of sewed together pot holders. They get up to 160 degrees so you have to pad them. The little ones do not get as hot, but do not last as long. You get 18 hrs of heat out of the big ones and 10 hrs out of the hand size ones. If they cool off to soon, just take them out and shake them in the air and they will reactivate. They are the only way I stay mobile.
This is an interactive view of your spine, just move your mouse over it and it will tell you what area of your body that nerve bundle controls.

Thanks for that link, Gail. Provides information that I’ve not seen before. Also, it answers questions involving the two fusions I’ve had in the lumbar area and upper R leg issues.
