It's been obvious for a long time that this wasn't going to happen. Root canals have about as many Facebook likes as the Birther Summit.

I guess this explains his bizarre press releases over the past few months, where he's tried to piss off just about every other birther. Now he can say he's calling this off because the message is "nowhere near cohesive."
