Once I was in Summerville or Dorchester (one or the other) and there is this little Irish bakery called Greenhill Irish Bakery. I've never tasted such awesome bread in my life. Here's a picture of their "breakfast sandwich." It may not look very polished, but man, the taste...
Green Hills Irish Bakery is in Dorchester on Adams St. But I can attest that a good night of drinking could start in Southie, swing through Somerville, and end up in Dorchester.
And yes, the food at the Green Hill Bakery is great.
