Sends a chill up my spine as my mother was at that Walmart the day before with my 4 year old daughter. She does watch her like a hawk.

The Mrs. and I were in a Walmart and saw the smartest thing: A dad was shopping with his little girl, maybe three years old, and he had handed her a toy or something that made noise when she shook it. And she shook it with a big playful smile on her face. While we were watching she stopped shaking for a moment and dad's head whipped around to make sure she was still there. He got her making noise again so he knew every moment where she was.

He was an attentive man, but even the most attentive of us have to look at the shelves/products once in a while. He knew whether his little girl was right at his feet or not.

When my buddy from AZ congratulated me on my son's birth, he reminded me from his child-sex trafficking experience that my son is worth $20,000 to the illegal adoption trade, $50,000 to the pedophile trade, and if I had a pretty little girl, $100,000.

Let that burn into your mind when you think of leaving your child for a millisecond in public.
