Prince was my favorite half time show too.
This was visually attractive.
Madonna almost fell off thos raised steps early in the show.
Shame she doesn’t have a more powerful voice, it was thin.

she’s in her mid-50’s...can’t be that easy to do trying to sing and do all that stuff and bleacher like benches for most of the show...

I agree with you. I thought she was going to really homo the thing up and prance around in her underwear, but it was timid compared to what I thought it would be. I think most women her age would be happy to move as well as she does too.

I’m not a huge Prince fan but agree that he put on the best show in recent memory.

I was asking my wife “what the @#$%$# is this @#$%?”. Was it a pagan ritual of some sort, or am I just too much of a knuckle-dragger to understand high performance art?

I liked the whole egyptian Cleopatra entrance and I’ll Take You There. The drummers were great also, but the rest os it was a let down. I’m thankful she covered herself up too.

She's actually too old to be doing acrobatics. The inner ear begins to deteriorate quite early ~ I'm surprised the choreographer allowed her to get that involved.
It's time for the Tina Turner ploy ~ MORE DANCERS!

She moves pretty good for a 70 year old.
The Prince show was best.

Anyway, loved the electronics ~ kid who grew up across the street turned into one of those world-class DJs who travels around with a show rather like that.
He's done shows featuring Madonna ~ so what you see in something like this isn't necessarily "Madonna and her entourage", but more like "billy's light show featuring so and so and a muppet act about a former pop star, with the muppet being the former star herself in a star suit".
Next, total robotics.

I liked the special effects and her old songs but her dancing was not what I’ve seen her do in the past, skill wise anyways; silly and super simple choreography but she’s too old now I guess to do the fancy stuff.
To: DainBramage
Yes, exactly what I said. She was making me a nervous wreck for her.
Pretty decent show. Sad, when it takes Madonna to bring the degeneracy level DOWN.
