Up to this point no none has mentioned “Passion of the Christ”?
That movie definitely. One of my fav new TV shows is ‘Person of Interest’ and I learned that the star of that show played Christ in the movie.
When asked to list my favorite movies, I tend to think along the lines of “entertainment”, “fiction” or “escape from the hum-drum”.
The Passion of the Christ was a stark reminder of what my Lord & my God did for me and for the whole world. As such, it does not fit into any of the categories I first listed. It has not been filed into my mental category of “movie”.
It is far, far more than just a movie.
I would suspect that many others feel the same way.
