Sadly, I will too. Obama CANNOT win another term.
part of what made Obama the worst president, is his implimentation of Romney’s ideas
and you would vote for that???
The only difference between Romney and Obama is ISlam
And Romney would surrender to Islam as fast as Obama promotes it
I do understand you Mary. But like quite a few here have stated, whoever the nominee is I feel obligated to vote for them. If only to put a speed bump in the way of where we are heading. It is discouraging to have to be in the same spot as we were 4 years ago, but that is the hand we are dealt. I have grandkids that I’m thinking about right now, and I don’t think we can stand another 4 years and still have a chance of righting the wrongs. I wish that I was as brave as you to gamble on 2016. I am not and believe me I pray for strength to do the right thing. My heart is saying hold out for the chance it will work. God Bless us all in this decision process.
I understand the feeling. The GOP-e is disgusting; I’ve had it up to my eyeballs with them.
But being taken for granted is way, way better than electing Hitler. We HAVE to recognize the critical situation we are in. Obama has destroyed all the foundations including the checks and balances and the rule of law. He is a tyrant who is forcing Catholics to perform abortions. Etc ad nauseum.
AFTER we get rid of the man with the gun who is raping us into oblivion we can worry about whether the cop who puts an end to the rape will “take us for granted”. At the moment we just don’t have that luxury. It’s life or death, and an emotional vote because we feel taken for granted means death. The German fiscal moderates in 1933 were sick and tired of the gridlock of the Weimar Republic so they passed the Enabling Act - and unleashed Hitler to be a law unto himself. The time to resist was BEFORE giving him the keys to the kingdom. If Obama gets another 4 years there will never be another vote; America will be over.
I’m dead serious. Get your burka ready, because he’s already started his moves of the government telling Catholics they have to kill infidel fetuses whether they want to or not. Already conspiring with sharia players as to how America needs to be “improved” in its dealings with Muslims (i.e. bend over and wait for what sharia says we have coming to us). This is the guy who told the Egyptian ambassador that he was and still is a Muslim who supports the Muslim agenda - and that he would begin working on the worldwide Muslim agenda (which we all know is worldwide sharia and the destruction of America and Israel) as soon as he got “domestic issues” taken care of (that is, shoving Obamacare down our throats so he could start the Muslim thing of FORCING Christians to violate their own faith). He said that to the Egyptian ambassador right before supporting Arab Spring, which has resulted in Islamists taking over the entire Middle East - replacing secular governments that had supported the US in our anti-terrorism measures. The only rebellion he didn’t support was the one in Iran - where the rebellion was against a radical Islamist, sharia regime that has sworn to destroy both the US and Israel and start a Holocaust/Armageddon that would bring in the tenth imam. Instead, he had our military offer protection to those dissidents who fled to Iraq in return for them handing over their weapons - only to abandon them for political points in December and leave those people to be destroyed when Iran overtakes Iraq, undoing everything we gained there with blood, sweat, and tears.
There is way, way, way more that could and should be said.
If Rommey is our candidate you will have a choice between Romney or sharia. Take your pick. I’m dead serious.
>We are now faced with the possibility of reelecting the worst President in the history of our nation OR supporting a flip flopping, narcissistic Massachusetts moderate who wrote the blueprint for Obamacare.<
.
When the GOP comes calling for a contribution I just tell them that I have already given my money to Gingrich and that there is nothing left.
That fear is what makes me want anybody but Romney in the primary. Romney is too much like Obama in his politics.
We need a Winston Churchill, not a Neville Chamberlain.
But even Neville Chamberlain would be better than Adolf Hitler. Especially if we had some Churchills in Congress who could apply some pressure to keep a Chamberlain in line. Hitler would not allow anybody to keep him in line, and that’s what we’ve got right now. Obama says he needs 4 more years to finish the job. You and I both know what job he wants to finish, and Islam definitely comes into play. He wants this place to bow to his alliance of Islam and communism. And if we give him 4 more years he will be able to finish us off.
If Romney tries to bow Congress can at least kick him in the butt. With Soros’ puppet in there controlling the whole government in the name of the communist-Islamist alliance, Congress can’t (or won’t) do anything.
I have come to the conclusion that the term conservative means something different today than it did when I was younger. How else can one understand this result? I think people have a disconnect, thinking that conservative means GOP. I think there are MANY who could not tell you what conservative values really are, to be honest. Time and again, we come to the same place, with another non-conservative for our candidate. Otherwise, real conservative MUST be staying home for the primaries. This is the place we get to decide for a conservative candidate, not at the general election. But there is another thing I see, as well. Many pastors are not encouraging their flocks to vote. Churches are no longer turning out virtuous people who desire virtuous leaders. We are then swept back and forth by sound-bites and emotional manipulation. Scripture has a lot of warnings for what is taking place, but I think America will not heed them. Our undoing is going to come quickly and severely, I’m afraid.
Romney will SURRENDER to Sharia
I am saying it up front
I am FROM New England
all of us KNOW now who this faker is
HE IS DANGEROUS to America!
You nailed it. Both are just as bad. So the choice to vote third party or write in someone is a no brainier for me if Romney is nominated. Because if Romney wins the chances are great he’ll be pretty bad and the tea party will have to do something or they will be co-opted because they have to stand up to the GOP. Obama is bad but Romney will be just a bad. So why would I vote for candidates I don’t like.
I see the site true blue liberty with true blue state rinos is down. Hope it dies. It was a joke site with real hardcore liberals and dumb rinos there. They were a bit nuts there. Funniest site was when the hardcore socialists argued with the rinos over the economy and Obama. A bit of a mess to read. They were so nuts over there they ran off lots of ex-freepers who were at least halfway better like Pissant. That site was a joke. Went there for comedy. I gave up posting when I realized it was getting nuttier and nuttier. Used to like to argue with them.
>>...Gotta keep up the fight...<<
Too true! For many this election has turned into an “emotional” decision, and I can understand where they are coming from. Much of it stems from sheer frustration, anger and disgust with the RNC/GOP.
We are simply outnumbered by the moderate & indie voters. There are waaaaay too many mod&indie voters lining up to throw gobs of cash and votes at Romney.
We aren’t going to “teach the RNC/GOP a lesson” by protest voting (or not voting or whatever). The RNC/GOP will simply look at out protest vote, shrug its shoulders and continue preaching to its mod&indie choir. In my opinion, the *only* thing that will change *anything* is when we increase the number of voters who will eagerly nominate, support and vote as a unified bloc for stronger conservative candidates.
I’m not saying we should -OR- should not cast some kind of protest vote, or sit this one out, or vote for whatever (R) candidate opposes Obama (which is my personal choice), etc. Do whatever your conscience steers you to do.
What I *am* saying is that NO MATTER WHAT WE DO THIS TIME (I can’t stress this enough), the day after the election, we will still be in the same political jam as regards the type of candidates the RNC/GOP will dump on us.
Bottom line: We currently lack the numbers to force the RNC/GOP’s hand on anything. If we were anywhere *close* to being effectual, we would not be having this conversation about Romney. We need to grow our numbers to rival the mods & indies. Period. The End.
Easier said than done, I know. I’m open to suggestions on the best way to do it.
I agree with you, jaydee. I just wanna know where the Tea Party is. My TP “friends”, some of whom have been very active in the past,.are silent right now.
Is the lack of backlash from Conservatives so far because they are:
1. Afraid to stand up the GOP-E.
2. Stunned and don’t know what to do, or
3. Compromising their core Conservative values for the sake of ABO?
I don’t want to teach the GOP a lesson which they won’t understand anyway.
I think you are right that we need to build our infrastructure from within.
That is going to take commitment from many furious Conservatives who have had it with their party’s antics.
I believe that a good start will be for those of us here on FR to continue to brainstorm about how to increase our strength and power by a offering clear, concise action plan to commit to a resurgence/restoration of American ideals.
If the “Tea Party” won’t man up, then it’s going to be up to us soldiers here in the front lines.
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!
